User Agreement (Terms of Service)

Welcome to https://alfa3d.org/ ("Website"), owned and operated by Alfa 3D Studio ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of our Website and services offered therein.
By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Website.


1. Services
Alfa 3D Studio provides 3D modeling, visualization, rendering, and animation services for products such as mattresses, interiors, and related visuals. Services are offered based on client-provided sketches, photos, or drawings.


2. Eligibility
By using this Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable Australian law.


3. Orders and Payment
· All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
· Service pricing:
o 3D Model: $70
o Interior Visualization: $180
o Video Animation (30 sec): $450
· Final price may vary based on custom requirements.
· Payment is due as agreed in writing before or after the service commencement.
· Adjustments are free within one month of project completion.


4. Revisions and Delivery
· Standard delivery time is one (1) week.
· Expedited service is available upon request (delivery within one day).
· Clients may request unlimited revisions within one month of delivery.
· Final materials are provided in high-resolution digital formats.


5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
· Provide accurate, clear, and complete reference materials (sketches, photos, specifications).
· Review draft work in a timely manner and provide clear feedback.
· Not use our work for unlawful purposes or resell it without a commercial license (if not agreed upon).


6. Intellectual Property
· All original materials produced remain the intellectual property of Alfa 3D Studio until full payment is received.
· Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the deliverables for personal or commercial purposes as agreed.
· Alfa 3D Studio reserves the right to use work samples for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.


7. Disclaimer
All services are provided “as is”. While we aim to deliver high-quality work, we do not warrant that:
· Our work will meet every specific business outcome or purpose.
· The Website will be free from errors, bugs, or interruptions.


8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alfa 3D Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the services.


9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Agreement limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service we provide has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.


10. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and store your data.
